update

Well it has been awhile sense i last posted but, I am pleased to say that I am now married and got a two for one deal. Awesome!!! I have a step daughter , witch is proving to be a bit more challenging than I once thought. o-well I will get thought it and keep on learning in this journey I call life, have a wounder full day.

Maybe we should all buy the banks... wait, I think we already are.Lot of good it seams to be doing the fourth quater was by far the worst it has been , can we get any lower. I am not sure, but one thing is for sure, there are a lot of good deals out there WOW, now is the perfect time to put money in to your home intrest rates are still low and there are plenty of people available to help get the job done. All you have do is ask your naighbor, he might have lost his job last week and needs some work!

BURRRRRRRR!!!

Wow its cold here in the great lakes region. South America is sounding better and better all the time. Did you know that in South America, Lets say Chile For example, It is Summer while it is winter here in the states. That's because they are south of the equator, there seasons are reverse of ours. So it would be a nice place to visit in the winter , perfect in fact. Chile is not the most popular of destinations, because not that may people know about it. It is stunningly beautiful there, I know I have been there twice and it is where I am moving to. Chile is a nearow country, but long. It occupies nearly the entire west cost of south america. It has more than its fair share of volcanoes, and one impaticular is the Villarrica volcano near Pucon Chile. Amazing place and town. The people of Pucon are very nice and of course not very mucjh English is spoken there, unless you are at the ski resorts yes skiing, it is awesome.

Lets go America

OK people - I know it! The economy is slow, but if we just start spending a little money it will gain speed. I was listening to the local radio station and I have lived in my home town my entire life, and I have never heard so much begging for people to start spending. It's almost embarrassing. I know your not going to like what I am going to say but the truth is , we the people are the only ones who can turn this economy around. Not politicians, they keep pumping money to the big corporations, what they shoul be focusing on is building the American peoples Morales. Listen to this ,and let this really sink in because it makes a lot of sense. If we the people don't start spending some money, we all every single human being in our country, might as well quit our jobs. Because we will all get fired... or let go, because nobody is buying the very things that we are making. No one would need a loan ever, there goes the banks , no one would need a car either..there go the car makers, hell there almost gone any way and most of the banks. Lets go even further.... so every one's saving the money they have, I hope every one knows how to grow there own food and make there own cloths because that is what could happen. I know it sounds ridiculous but think about it for a minute, and I mean really think about it. These are real things I am talking about. and if we keep moving like this we will end up in the next great depression.We need to get a handle on it not the government. sure some involvement by our government, but they cant do it alone, we need stand up and push on people. Know I am not saying spend every dime you have but spend a bit more wisely but spend it, may be not so much debt, I might suggest 25% debt to income ratio, its pretty safe and its affordable for you. well my point is people lets get the wheels turning at least.

I was doing some checking and a get-a-way for two in Mexico is a real bargain these days. It is the perfect weather right now for a little fun in the sun......hhmmm.....I think I just might catch plane and head on down.
